If a physical defect arises and a claim is received within the Warranty Period, to the extent permitted by law, Vessel will either 1) replace the product with a new unit of the same model, or 2) if the specific model under warranty is no longer held in stock, replace the product with a functionally similar product of equal value. - We ship Monday through Friday, with all orders shipping from our warehouse within one business day. Please allow up to 7 business days for your shipment to be received.
